Future Projects
In 2019, City staff initiated a Comprehensive Utility Master Plan Update. The purpose of the update was to enable the City to strategically plan and budget for the implementation of water, sewer and irrigation system improvements to maintain a high level of reliability and efficiency for current demand, future growth, and emergency situations. A key element of the master plan was to identify areal limits and phasing for future Utilities Extension Project (UEP) areas.
The above map is the outcome of the Master Plan Update. This Update helps to define the timeline for the extension of utility service to the remaining unserved areas in north Cape Coral.
