City of Cape Coral Temporarily Closes Most Customer Service Counters to Limit the Spread of COVID-19

Beginning Monday, March 23 the following lobbies in City of Cape Coral buildings will be closed to the general public to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

• Police Department lobby, located at 1100 Cultural Park Boulevard
• Public Works Annex lobby,  located at 815 Nicholas Parkway East

Beginning Tuesday, March 24 the City Hall lobby, which is located at 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard, will also be closed to the general public.

Building permits will continue to be issued to licensed contractors and individuals, by appointment or online. Water bill payments can be made online or via telephone. Customers also can leave payments in a dropbox, which is located outside the main entrance of City Hall.

Employees will be using social distancing, as recommended by the CDC, and the City encourages the public to make use of online services via the City’s website.
