Kilraine is a 20 year resident of Cape Coral with a forty year private industry career and background in Oil/Gas/Refining and Chemicals ... ground floor to senior executive, as well as, entrepreneurial endeavors in restaurants, civil, Environmental, transportation and alternative energy companies.  He holds BS and MS degrees in Chemical engineering, MS in Polymers, Ceramics and Metallurgical engineering, an MBA and PhD in Business Administration.  He and his wife Pat hale from the anthracite coal region of Eastern PA.  They have four accomplished daughters and five grandchildren. Kilraine was active in Sandoval HOA management including the first President. He has followed council closely for over 15 years.  A boxer and middle linebacker transitioned into a 40 year love for running, Kilraine remains active in physical training and enjoys the shooting range to decompress
