The proposed project work area is approximately 5 square miles, with approximately 8,700 parcels. The project area is located in the north quadrant of the City of Cape Coral and is generally bounded on the west by Nelson Road, on the south by the Hermosa Canal, on the east by Andalusia Boulevard and on the North by Jacaranda Boulevard and Gator Slough Canal.
