Scheduled for completion in 2025, Bimini Square will feature upscale apartments, medical facilities, a waterfront restaurant, and retail spaces across 13 parcels on nearly 6 acres west of Four Freedoms Park. The development includes 218 luxury apartments, a 25-slip boat dock, a 500-space parking garage, and over 58,000 square feet of nonresidential space. It will also house a Lee Health medical offices and the Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House, which offers fine dining and boat access.
