Self-Defense Strategies for Women

Cape Police are sponsoring classes on self-defense for women beginning November 18 through October 2010. Classes meet 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at Koryu Fitness (415 Cape Coral Parkway West). Cost is $25. Click here for a copy of the brochure and registration.
