Bulk Item Drop Off Day is Saturday, April 28

The City is partnering with Waste Pro to offer Cape Coral residents a free Bulk Item Drop Off Day on Saturday, April 28. Collection hours will be from 8 a.m. to noon. Residents can bring unwanted items to one of the following locations:

• Moose Lodge #2199 at 155 Santa Barbara Boulevard North
• Parking lot near the Police Department building at 1020 Cultural Park Boulevard
• Oasis High School at 3519 Oasis Boulevard 

While Waste Pro picks up bulk items curbside at no charge, this is another opportunity for residents to dispose of these items. 

Proof of residency is required to drop off items during the event. Photo identification with a Cape Coral address will be required. Residents may also bring photo identification with a utility bill displaying an active Cape Coral utility account. 

Waste Pro will have staff available at each location if any resident needs assistance unloading items for disposal. This is a residential program and commercial building materials will not be accepted. Household chemical waste (fuel, paint, solvents, propane tanks) will not be accepted and should be taken to the Lee County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility located at 6441 Topaz Court, Fort Myers.

Acceptable Items for Bulk Item Drop Off Day include:

Construction Debris (less than 2 yards)
Tires
Appliances
Furniture
Electronics
