FY2019 Road Resurfacing Contracts Approved

Cape Coral City Council approved a $1.3million contract Monday night for FY 2019 Major Road Resurfacing.  The contract is for resurfacing sections of six different major roads, 22 lane miles will be resurfaced. Ajax Paving was awarded the contract with a completion time frame of 120 days after the notice to proceed is issued.

In December, Council approved a $4.6 million contract for the resurfacing of 82 lane miles of local roadways. The work includes milling, utilities adjustments, limited structural repair and restriping.
