Ordinances Enacted, Not Yet Codified


The Cape Coral Code of Ordinances and Land Use Regulations is viewable online in a searchable database hosted by American Legal.  This online database is updated on a monthly basis.  

The list below contains ordinances recently enacted ordinances.  The ordinances without an asterisk have been enacted, but not yet codified.  Those that are marked by an asterisk (*) are included in the most current supplement.  A printable supplement to insert into the Code and Land Use books is available online on a quarterly basis.
